As a full time RE/MAX REALTOR® since 2013 I have been recognized as one of the top producers in my office on many occasions and have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes. I have a passion for Real Estate and I love to help my clients make wise decisions by answering all calls and questions immediately and by providing a well-rounded knowledge of the real estate market. I always want to provide my clients with all the information they need to make a good decision when buying, selling, building or investing in their home. History and Achievements


I am an active Real Estate Investor and have been a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) since 2007. This enables me to stay ahead of current market trends and on top of the economic fundamentals that support our real estate market. REIN is the leading education, analysis, research and leadership resource for real estate investors across Canada. My experience has mainly been with buy and holds, fix and flips, suited properties and rent to own strategies, as well as other creative buying and selling techniques. As an investor, I am able to help my clients take the emotion out of the property and help them fall in love with the numbers.


Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I owned and operated a small construction and renovation company called Think First Construction Ltd. I achieved my Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter status during that time. My passion for Real Estate ignited when I started buying and renovating my own properties and joined the Real Estate Investment Network. Since then I combined my skills to become a Realtor. These skills and experience are beneficial to help buyers find a great builder or well-built home, discuss renovations and take the fear out of property inspections. When listing, I help sellers prepare their homes for the market before buyers arrive, address any deferred maintenance and highlight the features of the home when negotiating.


I completed a Bachelor of Science Degree after attending the Athol Murray College of Notre Dame for grade 11 and 12. Notre Dame taught me leadership skills, drive and determination, while completing a tough Science degree gave me the research skills and persistence needed to achieve and succeed. My entrepreneurial nature emerged soon after and I combined my education with real life lessons and hard work. The real estate industry has given me the opportunity to keep my thirst for learning while feeding the entrepreneur inside. When not selling real estate, you will find me with my wife Mara and our pets, playing hockey, writing songs or working on small construction or carpentry projects.
